On this episode of Tastin’ Creation, Nicole will share a favorite recipe of the Bryant household, Parmesan Crusted Wild Turkey.

The ingredients needed are the following:

  • Wild Turkey Meat -Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Egg
  • Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil

Instructions: Start by whisking together the 1 egg and the ranch dressing to make the marinade sauce. Then clean the meat and remove the excess fat and tendons. Next, cut the meat into your preferred sized strips and tenderize the meat. After you have cut and tenderize the meat, place each strip of meat into the marinade sauce and stir the meat in the sauce until each piece is covered with the sauce. Then place the meat in the refrigerator and let it sit over night. Once you are ready to cook the meat, mix 1 cup of the bread crumbs and the parmesan cheese into a bowl and then drizzle a light covering of Olive Oil onto the cooking surface of your skillet (or frying pan). Set the heat to about 350 degrees and begin breading the turkey with the cheese and crumb mixture. After breading the meat, place each strip of meat onto the skillet and continue this process until you have breaded all of the meat that you would like to cook. During this process, you may have to check some of the strips and begin turning them over onto the other side. Once each strip has cooked for approximately 3-5 minutes on each side then you should be finished. Be sure to test cut 1 of the first strips to ensure a thorough cooking of the meat and then serve with your favorite vegetables and sides.
